I bought this coffee table for my daughter who has a very small apartment with no room for a dining table. The hope was that this would do quadruple duty as a coffee table, storage space, dining table and work table. This table does not disappoint. The table arrived very well packaged with no damaged parts. The instructions were clear and very easy to follow with all parts clearly numbered. Extra screws and fasteners were included. It took about an hour and a half to assemble, including the time it took to unpack it and lay out all the parts. The table is very sturdy and looks attractive. The lift surface comes with very strong hinges and springs and can hold a lot of weight or pressure when elevated. The lift surface sits at the perfect height when elevated to comfortably eat or work at while sitting on a sofa. There is quite a bit of storage space under the top as well as underneath the table. I highly recommend this table for everyone but especially those living in cramped quarters or for people working from home who like to work from their sofa. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Thing to know that is not specified on the product information. This table is made in China. Now you can decide what's best for you. I personally wouldn't buy it If I knew It and I think they know It also. So they prefer not to specify It. Do we really need a table to be manufactured over there and shipped here? I don't think so. Lots of US and CAN companies may make a better quality product for the same proce if not cheaper.

I love it. It's sturdy, took me about 3 hours to assemble which is fairly quick considering that I did it alone and had to undo certain parts due to my own mistakes. It's the perfect fit for my living room, it's good quality and resistant. It looks great and the lifting top is exactly what I needed.

When it came to assembly some of the instructions weren't there some were missing and had to guess where screws went. When it came to the top put the 8 bottom screws in first to the table then the top cover. I found it easier to use a drill verses screwdriver as some holes were not visible. Overall a very nice table and sturdy. Absolutely love the color.

Easy to assemble. Yes I actually did it on my own. Only one trouble, there was no instructions in which direction to place top piece. Took a couple of trys to figure it out. All other pieces well marked. Table is very sturdy. Better than I expected
