Nice tub. I had my trailer ready when the delivery guys got there. They set it on my trailer and I got it off by myself in the back. I would suggest getting an electrician to wire it to a 220v otherwise it will only do one function at a time (heat or jets). Had my professionally wired up and works great. Beautiful white ceramic. Fun fountain and colorful lights. Very happy with it.

Love the tub, except the motor vibration is seeming to get louder.

One of the best purchases I’ve made. If you use an extension cord, make sure you get one long enough and that it is the 3 wire 12 gauge cable…anything else will keep tripping the gfci and you will burn out the plug adapter

This is our first spa. It was easy to set up and get started. It looks great and works well. The delivery was first rate, the delivery team brought it to our backyard and placed it on our patio, we filled it up with water and plugged it in to the existing outlet. Within 24 hours it was 100 degrees and good to go!

Shipping was fast and delivery drivers were great at setting the hot tub exactly where we needed. We had an older, smaller hot tub made by this same company that we used for years before upgrading to this larger model. It is built well with plenty of jets and seating. The wood grain finish on outside of this tub is much nicer than the plastic of previous model. Very happy with purchase so far!

The media could not be loaded.  Very poor construction. The main plumbing line has multiple holes in it from screws being ran into it from assembly. The hose lines are loose and leak water everywhere. The valve that controls the fountains does not close causing the fountains to always run. The pressure of the jets is weak and the construction of the lid is cheap.

Bought this doesnt Heat!!! Called their Customer Services. Said it would be weeks if not months before someone could come fix it. They gave me a local tech number that supposed to come and that number isn't even in service! called them back and they said they would have to try to contact someone else. Asked how long they said 3 weeks a min. So I spend 5k on a hot tub that doesn't work, can't get any help, won't escalate on their side. Called Amazon and they said I can replace with same company which why would I want to if they have crappy customer service and products. Have to wait couple weeks otherwise do refund process with Amazon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
