Please stay away from this item! Really cheap price and feels well constructed but it will not charge for more than 3 min and then stops charging. I have to unplug it from the ac outlet and plug it back in every few minutes. The front bezel has 4 lights on the bottom but will never actually charge past the third light! This thing won't even charge my iPhone 6 plus to 20%. This product doesn't come with any manual or instructions at all. Charge time is supposed to be 11 hours but it's impossible to know if it's charging and when it's completely charged. I let it sit for a full day but wasn't charging at all. Turned it on and let it charge again, same outcome. This item is a piece of crap, please beware. Only one starred this item to write this review! My true rating....negative 5 stars!

Be aware, this is not a protective case but rather an external battery. If you want to protect your phone in the event you drop it by accident, keep shopping. Dropping your phone with this case attached will still result in damage unless it lands squarely on the back. If you just want the extra battery life, then this product is OK.

It runs my iPhone battery dead within 3 hours, i turn it on to charge my cell and it charges 2% IF I am lucky and turns off. I have to keep turning it on and on to get it to charge. Then it just stops. This does not work it only runs your phone dead and FAST! Don't purchase this
