Decor Designs Decals has excellent customer service. The first order never arrived so I contacted them. They immediately answered my questions and reshipped the product. The second order arrived as promised. Also, the product is amazing. My daughter loves it so much. It adds a very attractive touch to her bedroom. We’ve received so many compliments already.

I liked the large letter...it stands out. Only flaw is the lettering of the name. Doesn't stand out. Should have ordered one with a solid color. Overall still delighted with the large letter.

Its nice the concept the design, however the material is not good. Very thin doesn’t stick properly to the wall, after 1 day of install its coming off the wall. Wouldn’t recommend buying.

Came with installation instructions and link for a youtube video for visual instructions. Easy to put up and looked great.

This was a big bang for the buck. Everyone loves it.

Follow instructions carefully, it’s hard to put on, but once you get it up it’s beautiful! The quality isn’t as good as I would have hoped but overall I’m happy.
