a very worthwhile product - great for core workouts.
these are a great addition for a work out. i really like them. they are very, very good for people wanting core work outs (which everyone should).they are small and easy added to a gym bag etc. they are not expensive at all for the excellent value they provide

So glad I purchased these!
The Discs are larger than I expected- a great surprise! They slide on carpet real good, making it easy to exercise. I intend to use these on a regular basis to help tone my legs. Plus, I had a double mastectomy due to cancer and these help with a gentle stretch to relieve pain. Thanks so much!

Over priced.
They work fine, nothing special and the material is just a cheap plastic and foam so I wouldn't have gotten them if I knew that.

DISCo fever!
Two years ago we had these in Pilates class and I wasn't sure what to expect but I really fell in love with them. I got tired of going to the gym I need it to mix it up so I decided to look on Amazon for these and I was so excited when I found them! I honestly kept checking the mail every day cause I couldn't wait for them to come. They finally came and I was so excited ! They provide a great overall work out muscles, and cardio. And you'd be surprised at how quickly within 10 minutes you can work up a sweat ! You can take them anywhere, you can travel with them. They work on floors and carpet !

Was a little disappointed. I expected these things to slide more
Was a little disappointed. I expected these things to slide more. They slid okay, but my feet were often coming off due to friction of the pad on the floor, which ruined the whole exercise. I just tried them out, haven't done a whole workout with them yet, but I wish they slid more. I will also add that I've never tried core sliders before, so I don't know if the problem is this brand or the sliders in general.

Great quality product. As a former gymnast and a active dancer, I do work out a lot. After using it today. All I could tell is I'm 100% satisfy. Price is reasonable. Pink color is extremely cute.Customer service is topnotch. They sent an email to me to make sure everything is OK.I will re-order to my friend.
