I originally thought this book was a little off the wall, that is, until I received it and started reading! The suggestions in here are some that my grandmother used when I was young, the ones that worked! So many times I have wished I could remember them and now I have them all in a hard cover book. These ointments and potions have been shown to work and at much less cost than traditional "over-the-counter" or "by prescription" medications. It is not putting down any of the traditional medicines, but it is giving us a choice in how we want to heal our bodies. You won't be disappointed with this book.

A good addition to my already many alternative healing books. Easy to read & understand. Loads of useful information! A colleague who is aware of my deep desire to learn as much as I can about healing modalities brought her aunt's copy to work for me to look through~I knew I wanted a copy so began searching & finally found it on Amazon :o)

Great condition and it arrived very quickly. Great book with remedies for everything from hot flashes and erectile dysfunction, to common colds and the flu. If you've got a problem, this book probably covers it!

Book is interesting and great to read. Lots of the stuff you need to try these remedies are basic things in your house.I've tried some and they work. Would recommend this, even if you just find a few things in this book you can use.
