I had never used a sleep eye mask before and decided to try one as I struggle with insomnia and an over-active brain, lol. While it is by no means a cure, this mask significantly diminishes visual distractions and creates a subtle sense of calm around the eyes, almost as if it quiets the “visual noise” that can prevent relaxation. Sunlight, which normally completely awakens me in the mornings, is effectively blocked, allowing me to drift in and out of sleep more easily; particularly on weekends when I have the luxury of catching up after a night of not sleeping. The mask is comfortable and fits well; I expected the adjustable band to feel restrictive or irritating, but instead it rests lightly across the eyes, and head, like a soft, calming veil of peace. It doesn’t feel heavy or overly thick, it’s lightweight enough for me to forget it’s there, which is saying alot for me as things like this would usually irritate me. It remains secure throughout the night, even when I shift positions, although occasionally it can ride up ever so slightly if you brush up against your blanket or pillow, depending on how you sleep, allowing a the faintest glow from beneath. Beyond home use, it also offers measurable relief on planes, where I normally find it impossible to relax. This offers me a chance to actually relax my eyes at least. While it initially had a noticeable scent, this has long since dissipated. Overall, the mask excels at creating a quiet, private space for eye rest, helping the mind focus inward and helping the body settle more easily. It’s well made and I’m yet to wake up with any marks on my face from a night with it on. It’s made a noticeable difference for me. I’m still an insomniac, but I’m surprised at how much it helps quieten my brain. For context, I haven’t tried other sleep masks, so I have no point of comparison, but this feels like a decent start for the price point.

This is the best eye mask I have used to date. It’s comfortable, stays in position all night and blocks out all the light including around the nose which is a fault I’ve found with many of the eye masks available. A very reasonable price as well. Highly recommended.

I’m so glad I purchased this eye mask — I absolutely love it. It blocks out all light, and the adjustable head strap means it stays securely in place all night without moving. The material is beautifully soft against my skin, the size is perfect, and it’s incredibly lightweight and comfortable. I particularly love the recessed design, which means the fabric doesn’t press against your eyes. You can even wear it with your eyes open and still be in complete darkness — ideal for when you’re not quite ready to sleep but want to relax while listening to music or a podcast and drift off naturally. My only downside is that after a full night’s sleep (around 8 hours), I do sometimes wake up with dry eyes. Otherwise, it’s an excellent eye mask and one I’d happily recommend.

Wonderful mask especially regarding the price. Incredibly soft and comfortable, and the light blocking is second to none. I suffer with insomnia and regularly wake, as a night shift worker I sleep in the day so one awakening and a face full of daylight can fully awaken me. Ce masque est génial ! Il porte très bien son nom de "black Out": dès qu’on le met, c’est le noir complet ! Il est très confortable et j’aime aussi qu’il ne touche absolument pas mes yeux. J’ai des extensions de cils et c’est parfait.

Very comfortable, excellent blackout

I bought an eye mask here a couple of years ago. Was the best I ever had! Must have been a prototype or test product as it seemed to be a luxury item packaging was very high end and gift like and cost was only $10. Padded eye area, soft velour type of fabric etc. It has served me well and I am still using it, not to mention I launder it and it still holds up. Went to order another and it is no longer available. I saw how highly this was rated and decided to order. It's great! Definitely fits as snug as you like and blocks all light. It's padded and comfortable even though it doesn't feel as high end as the one I have it's a great buy!
