My wife normally shaves but I convinced her to try hot wax, the last time I got some wax it was too soft and you had to use a piece of paper, it was pure torture she hated the experience took forever, many attempts, ice packs nothing made it better. She absolutely hated me, so I did some more research and found this stuff, ordered it and wow what a difference the pain was fast and quick, removed 99% of the hair first attempt, she screamed a bit and accused me of doing it wrong because the wax kept breaking off in my hand when I pulled it, causing me to have to pull many times Secret is to make it thick on the edges so it doesn't break and comes off in one pull. I love it, I get to make the wife scream in pain and she is happy after... Now I'm trying to get her to let me do her private area, I've got some convincing to do...

I was nervous about trying at-home waxing, but this kit made it so simple! The wax heats up quickly, and I love that it doesn’t require strips. It grabs even the shortest hairs and leaves my skin smooth without any redness. It’s perfect for sensitive areas like the bikini line and underarms. The kit includes everything you need, and the results last weeks. I’m so happy with this purchase and will definitely keep using it!

This is a very disappointing product. It’s extremely difficult to warm/melt the wax (takes forever and doesn’t melt evenly). Once applied it does not pull the hair out. It leaves over half the hair behind. I’d never recommend this product.

I like it, the price is good and fair vs the quality of the product! Recommendations : if is your first time as me and you don’t have a warmer machine you could get a bowl with hot water into to keep extra time the wax warm!! Cons of this wax… You just will have a couple minutes of warming to put it and take it out. If you wait a minute extra it will crack

In order to use waxing strips, you have to keep the wax pretty hot so it applies thinly and stays soft. If it’s too cool it will not stick to the cloth and have to be pulled on it’s own. The hard wax breaks as a self strip.

It’s a bit of a thinner side but it works great as you can see. You can layer it if it goes on too thin to be able to grab onto it. I was also able to shape it around the areas I needed after applying it because it was still soft enough to mold so if I missed any spots up on application, I could essentially mold the wax to cover them. It inspired me to get a full size wax warmer as I never thought I could do hard wax. This is my go to option in a pinch in the soft wax version for coarse hair but this works great. Highly recommend.

I've never used wax before, and this one specifically did exactly what I needed. It removed hair from armpits and other areas so easily. If you read the instructions, it tells you if the wax is runny it means that it is very hot. Simply wait, until it starts to get a thicker consistency and apply. A very important recommendation "do a section at a time". Don't let the wax dry for too long, it probably be harder and painful to remove afterward. I highly recommend this wax - this stuff is legit.

I was looking forward to trying my own waxing. This was not the way to go. After hearing the wax went on runny, almost water like. Not much hair came off and I was very careful to follow the directions and length of growth before starting. It also has a terrible odor that stayed in my home for a few days.

Terrible wax. No matter how I used it, it would just crumble off in bits. I tried so many ways to use it. I had to throw it out

I’ve been using this stuff for years. Unfortunately I’m unable to get the usual in a little metal saucer that I use to purchase. These are exactly the same, and you don’t have to put them in the microwave. You can still use these in a wax warmer. Anyone that has struggled in the past this is what you do. Place one disc in a wax warmer on a very low heat. Next keep checking the consistency You want to keep checking the out edges of the disc as this is what starts to melt first Also place a spatula on the middle and press down, if it starts to feel a little bit soft it’s almost there So as soon as your disc looks like a melted lolly you are good to go . Use a spatula and take from the edge ( less chance of burning yourself) The little shaped magnum ice cream lolly sticks will actually be your best friend here. Place where you want to remove hair ( I only use this for facial hair) As soon as it goes tacky press down with your fingers Give it time to go a little bit hard but not too hard and take a corner piece and remove This stuff is invaluable for any poor souls out there that suffer from pcos

4.5 ⭐️ rounded up. Pros: minimal to no smell, easy cleanup, clear instructions with visuals. Cons: cools off a bit fast (but this might also be due to my speed of use), no additional storage for unused wax pucks. The wax heats up quite evenly in the container, and they include 3 wooden sticks for stirring and application. Wax grips wonderfully and I had minimal pain, despite doing a Brazilian. Cleans very easily with the oil they’ve included and I had no issues after the fact (no ingrown hairs, no ripped skin, no clogged pores). It’s been almost a week and there still isn’t any stubble! Super impressed.
