what is the difference between the green and pink one?

Both are the same, functional wise however, it’s recommended not to mix the two together. So, if you will top up you use the same color, but if you will drain and refill the whole tank it doesn’t matter which one you go with.

Can this be used for vw passat? G12 is the recommended coolant and this is G12+

As a user no problem I use it for VW Tiguan and Audi Q5
