Meh
The battery runs down quickly. This is the second one I've had because the first one didn't work at all. I don't think I'll be getting any benefits from this gadget. Their customer service was excellent though.

This is a TENS device and hand warmer in one.
- I was struggling to understand what this device does. The marketing material is wordy, and the instruction leaflet is poorly translated. But in summary, one side heats up, while the other gives low-level shocks just like a TENS unit.- Heating: Yep, this heats up quickly, but was way too warm for my adult male hands to hold. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to sleep with this next to my skin. The only part that warms up is the 2”x1” metallic oval area.- Pulses: Even at the highest level, this is not shocking like a TENS unit. It is gentle and feels almost like a vibration every second. I’m not a fan of this, but some folks might enjoy.- Power button: This is really finicky. Sometimes I hold it down, and it turns on, other times it won’t, and I have to try again. I would say it turns on once every 7 or 8 tries. Instructions for using the device are vague and poorly translated, but the meaning gets across.- Power: Device is charged up with a USB-C cable and was fully charged within a few hours.- Most of the literature talks about medical benefits and little is offered to what is actually happening with the device. The few times I used it I didn’t notice anything, however you might be able to benefit where I couldn’t.Above review is for Talentbaby Sleep Aid

Looked nothing like other photos, did not work
I was hopeful that this would provide some relaxation through brain waves, perhaps, that would speed up sleep. I plugged it in to charge, but the button you press to turn it on is some sort of rubberized material, completely opaque, so you don't see any light. Finally, by peering around a copper colored raised oval area on one side I could see the interior of the rubberized blue egg-shaped device, and see a tiny red glow. That was an indication that something was connected. It did not seem to flicker, so finally I decided it must be "on" and put it in my hand (I did not get a wrist strap). I had looked at the instructions, but frankly, although I have seen some small instructions before, these were ridiculous, like little dots on the paper and impossible to read. However, a review on the site that was very thorough had photos of what should be taking place, although their device was very different, and the buttons on the end were larger and were illuminated. I did not feel any pulsing or tapping or much of anything else that people described. I did think I felt "something." Also, one answer said you had to put the device in the crotch of your thumb for it to work, which I did, but all the photos showed it in the palm of the hand! Finally, I looked and the red light had gone out. I don't think 20 minutes had passed -- but maybe it had. After a half hour, I tried to turn the device on again by pressing the "on" button multiple times, but no red light appears. I certainly didn't have it on for 20 hours, and supposedly a fully charged battery lasts that long. The long and short of it is that it all seems too erratic to bother with, and since the device doesn't resemble the ones that others received, and you can't tell if it's really on or not, it doesn't seem worth much more of my time. Tomorrow, after it has charged all night, I'll try to press it "on" once again. If there is a change and something appears to be happening, I might add a star.As promised, I checked the "blue egg" and sure enough, I could see the red light through the space around the copper oval. I pressed the "Plus" (which I can barely make out differently from the minus) and could feel a faint "thrum" against my hand. My palm felt a little itchy. I suppose I should keep my promise and add a star since it does appear to be "working," whatever that may be. However, I don't really feel comfortable using it, and now, after removing it, my whole arm and face are itching on that side.If you get one, I would use it with caution, and not expect too much.

Works, But The Benefit Is Subtle
This electrostatic device basically produces micro-current pulses that hit the nerves and are transmitted through the nervous system. The product description describes a number of positive effects, including sleep, anxiety relief, emotion regulation, mood adjustment, etc. Pretty wide claims for such a small device. In reality, as far as I'm concerned, the effect will vary widely. The micro-current pulses are very similar to some neck massagers I have. They have metal plates that touch your neck and produce similar pulses to those that this device produces. So, what is the effect? Well, on me I find the pulses relaxing and they give me something to focus my mind on. If I'm concentrating on the pulses, I'm not thinking of anything else and my mind isn't racing. The trick for me is to have the pulses just feel like gentle tapping and not stinging, so I set the device to where I can just barely feel the pulses. Any higher and they just feel like stinging to me and get quite painful if I turn it up all the way. There are two modes - high and low frequency. You're supposed to hold it in your left hand for low frequency and right hand for high. The + and - buttons control the strength of the pulses. There is another function with this device that is much less subtle and that is heating. In each of the frequency modes, you can turn on heating and the side without the pulsing light gets warm, quite warm in fact. So if the pulses don't do you any good at least you can use this device as a hand warmer. The build quality of the device isn't the greatest. The buttons are a bit hard to push being so small and they don't seem to be seated that well so I wonder about the durability of this device. A USB charging cord is provided. If relaxation through micro-pulses appeals to you, this device might be worth a try.
