Review: Great Battery, Great Price, Perfect Fit - Pro 1. Very fast delivery. Much faster than indicated when purchase confirmed. Being a Prime customer in Ohio may count for some of that. 2. Price is extremely reasonable. 3. Free Shipping was included as I recall. 4. Excellent protective packaging. Even tho this is a sealed battery, it came in zip lock plastic bag inside a styrofoam shell. 5. The onboard digital voltage and condition readout is clever and saves pulling out your multimeter. Initial Digital readout matched my multimeter. 6. Battery came fully charged at 12.8 volts with new nuts and bolts, ready to install. Nice red rubber boot protected the positive post. 7. This battery is consistent in size, shape, and post orientation for replacement in my '99 Honda VFR Interceptor (5th Gen.) 8. Only in service a couple days, but very satisfied with the Chrome choice. I have used high end batteries and Walmart EverStart's with equal success, but the Chrome comes pre-filled and sealed, fully charged, and delivered to your door for less than I paid at Walmart. And no core charge involved, so I can sell my old battery to my local Interstate dealer for $7 +/-

**Q: Do you have to charge the battery before use?**
A: When I connected my charger before installing it showed 70% charged.  Most probably it would start your bike if you do not have a charger.

**Q: In what country is this battery made?**
A: Our molds and AGM plates are made in China, the batteries are filled, sealed and activated here at our warehouse located in Westfield, Indiana.

**Q: How would this work with a couple low watt 12vdc led lights as homemade portable lights for setting up camper at night, j.r.**
A: Given the led lanterns that are available, I'm thinking that's a lot of trouble, unless you are planning on running the camper lights with it.  I don't see why it wouldn't work for some period of time.  Ideally accessory lights are run with a deep cycle battery, because if you take a regular battery to a state of discharge very many times, it will cease taking a charge.  Deep cycle batteries are designed to do that.

**Q: does this battery fit a 2008 kawsaki vulcan 900 custom**
A: Yes this would be the correct battery.

Had this battery for 6 years on my 03 Honda 250 recon. Just starting to get weak…..bout to buy me another cuz this battery was great. Purchased in July 2019. Little over 6 years……you can’t beat this battery nor the price. Fingers crossed I will have the same luck w the second one.
