The picture shows the r8000 pulley wheels (one wheel has bigger teeth). how do i know i'll be sent the 6800 pulley wheels? there's no way to select.

The pair I received were both for 6800. They came in a Shimano sealed package.

Nope, only 11 speed. There are specific ones for the 10 speed and if you use an 11 speed pulley on a 10 speed drive chain, the pulleys will wear more quickly due to slight differences between the 10 and 11 speed drive train.
