The product is genuine Columbia. Very nice material, and good finish. Navy is the best colour. Haven't tried in rain but looks like it's water proof. Check you tube reviews of this jacket seems to be very popular soft shell jacket. For winters in India pairing this jacket with a sweater should suffice unless you live in very high altitudes. Get it on discount. Got it for 3780/- which was much lower than what Columbia was offering in its website.

I could not give 5 star only because the fit is on the bigger side so even if my size is small, it is still a bit extra here and there. The jacket quality and Amzn Delivery were... say it was more than my expectations. I also cannot 'not mention' the discount Amzn gives every now and then so... Thank you Amzn and merry Christmas.

I purchased 2 of these jackets in a Bass pro Store on a recent trip. Knowing Large is my size, I was able to confidently order a navy one from Amazon which was shipped to Australia where I live. I now have 3 jackets in different colors. Great look and feel. I will probably end up buying another one in another color. Strongly Recommended .

Let me start off by saying I bought one of these jacket about 4 years ago at belk but in black. I pretty much wear it all the time and it still looks great! I decided to buy the same jacket but in grey since I love my other one so much but couldn't find it anywhere except here on amazon. I'm so glad I found it and ordered it. This jacket is exactly like the other one I have. Both are soft shell, Both repel water, and both keep you nice and warm. The quality of the jacket is great! I haven't had any loose threads, holes, or stitches coming off and I've had this second one for almost a year now. I'm 5" 11' about 200 pounds I usually wear a large but I went with a medium and it fits me just right. If you want the jacket to be a bit more loose I would go a size up. My only comment would be that I wish it had a pocket on the inside but that's it. Overall great jacket, great price, would 100% recommend and buy again.
