Buy-again quality for busy workspaces
This is my third Jabra Evolve2 headset—and not because the product fails. I use headsets hard: tossed in a bag, wrapped around a laptop, tugged by the cord. Eventually any unit gives out, but when that happens I replace it with the same model because nothing else blocks background noise as well for the price. The active noise cancelling on calls is outstanding. I spend a lot of time in crowded cafés, and coworkers never notice the espresso machine or chatter behind me. Plug-and-play has been seamless on both Windows and macOS; just select the device and start talking. Voices sound natural on both ends, and while it is tuned for speech rather than music, it handles playlists between meetings without sounding thin. Build feels solid—padded headband, click-stop mic boom, and durable cabling—but the cord is longer than I need, which can get a little unwieldy if you’re moving around a tight desk. That’s my only real quibble. If you need dependable noise isolation for remote work and don’t want to spend enterprise-tier money, this has been the most economical, consistently good headset I’ve used in ten years of daily calls

Good headset
Great sound and easy to use. I love this headset and the price was good value for the money. Overall comfortable and good quality. They were easy usable for online classes, meetings or watching YouTube videos. Only complaint is the cord is a bit short but I got an extender cable and its great.

Great product
The sound is perfect and you can hear every word of the person on the other end. I work from home and spend 100% of my time on the phone. The headset is comfortable and mic adjustment is flawless. Volume control is very easy and is conveniently on the extra long cord. This headset is well worth the money you pay for it.

Good product
The product arrived earlier than expected which is a plus! Had a little trouble on the first use but used them again and they work perfectly. I will update again after a few uses just to make sure!

Super Disappointing
I very carefully chose this headset after looking at several and reading reviews for hours. It seemed okay at first, I wasn't super happy with the fit, but headsets are generally a bit big on me, so it was whatever. The mute function is super nice and I use it constantly. However, after about a month, I started having issues with it. It cuts out all the time, my clients can't hear me or say it's breaking up, and the audio is just going downhill fast, everything sounds fuzzy, and very consistently. It's so bad I can't use it anymore and I'm resorting to my cheap Skullcandy headphones, which sound far superior and are really mostly for audio. This was a rather expensive purchase, from a company that generally produces quality equipment, for it to have failed and given me so many issues after a month of use. Just very disappointing. UPDATE: Forgot to add, the mute doesn't work.

Does the Jabra name justify the price?
The product just feels cheap. They are lightweight, like $10 no-name headphones. They feel cheaply constructed. The mic boom wobbles as it ratchets from position to position. The cups are not comfortable and are minimally adjustable. The pressure on the ears/head is too much and cannot be relieved. The sound quality is OK. I guess the Jabra name justifies charging more than $10. If you want a headset with a mic that feels high quality and that feels good all day, look elsewhere. These miss on both counts.
