is this fit my 2013 Audi Q5

YES this fits the 2013 Q5 drivers side only.

Amazon indicates the 16" is for 2007 nissan altima, while i thought it should be 17". is amazon correct?

New URL to use to look up parts on Valeo site: https://valeo.mycarparts.net/ It does seem that the frameless are a slightly smaller size required for the passenger size. My 2016 Mazda3 usually takes an 18" size, but for this wiper, it is a 16".

Do theses valeo 900238b blades ultimate 23' all season, come as a pair [2] in the package.

It is only 1 blade. Driver side and passenger side on the newer model cars and trucks are usually different lengths.

Has anyone used these replacement blades successfully on a 2009-2013 Mercedes C Class since there was a run of mislabeled blades as shown by Mike E? I suspect T Chen may have had the same problem.

I'm using them on my 2011 C300 Sport without any issues.
