The product came in good condition. It was relatively easy to setup and it had properly reset. The laptop is working perfectly fine.

Touchscreen
Its a good laptop, but as per the description, it is supposedly has touchscreen. I even browsed the Device Manager to enable touchscreen but there is no option.

Pop up camera
I don’t advise anyone to get Matebook 14 specially if you do have business meetings, conferences, and online exams because the keyboard pop-up camera is horrible will show only your chin and beared, even when you type on keyboard with fingers , this is going to cover the camera. I called Huawei company for refund but they refused.

Amazing, and unbelievable good quality
I knew that before; that's not a touchscreen. When people are expecting a touchscreen, they must double-check before buying to make sure. However, between the Matebook 14 2021 touchscreen and this Matebook 14 2021, there is no other difference aside from the touchscreen and a higher price. That's it. Of course, the touchscreen is more expensive, almost 1k AED. If you are willing to pay 1k more (ONLY BECAUSE OF THE TOUCHSCREEN), go ahead. And sure, maybe my mistake is that, you will not only get a touchscreen extra but also 16GB of RAM and maybe an i7 processor. But I am still saying that if your main concern is the touchscreen and not the memory, then go ahead and pay the extra 1k. For me, this is an amazing product, and I see no difference at all except for the touchscreen. Everything else is the same. So I do recommend buying this one even without a touchscreen 100% quality and design are crazy more than what I expected. When you get to use it, you will love it. I SIMPLY LOVE IT!!!

The product is good quality but it is not having touch screen as depicted on the website.

As in description it is mentioned as multi touch screen even i saw on official huawei website there mentioned as touch screen. But one i received touch screen not working or not have touch screen. So i am going to return .Amazone should have to take action aagainst this seller and should block it
