Ottimo prodottoCome tutti i prodotti silikomartQuesta linea bianca è studiata prevalentemente per i dessert cremosi/semifreddi/gelatine etc. Ma nulla vieta di usarlo anche in forno (il silicone resiste benissimo fino a 240° C) al massimo essendo bianco ingiallisce un po col tempo se si usa per cotture, ma non si rovina in nessun modo.Ps. Visto che leggo spesso questa cosa nelle recensioni, di persone che evidentemente non sanno usare gli stampi in silicone... PER SPOSTARE LO STAMPO IN SILICONE ..QUALISASI STAMPO IN SILICONE!!! SOTTO ALLO STAMPO BISOGNA SEMPRE METTERE UNA PLACCHETTA, O UN VASSOIO ETC. altrimenti è ovvio che si rovesci il contenuto spostandolo, essendo in silicone e quindi flessibile ..soprattutto in uno stampo sottile come questo
