If the smoker is sitting in the sun or shade you're going to have a wide variation of temperatures that you'll need to correct at the burner. All in all a great product at a great price.. got it on the one day spring sale! I read a lot in reviews about being difficult or taking a long time to put together. I use a battery operated drill with a Phillips head that was correctly sized for the screws to make sure I didn't scar the head of the screw. Took me about an hour... And it looks great!

The smoker is decent quality. The metal it is constructed with is a bit thin. The seal is not very good so I added a felt seal on the door opening. The base could use a wind blocker to help keep a steady temperature along with a thicker metal. The adjustable shelves are very nice along with the water tray. I like the capacity and the setup overall. The propane helps greatly to maintain temperature while smoking the meat for extended periods of time. The enamel coat seams to be good quality only time will tell. Assembly was not very difficult. I used high temp silicone sealant to ensure a good seal to retain smoke. I'm happy with my purchase.
