I love this…I use the max dose which is 2 scoops and it gives you a clearer look on everything and gives you a more positive mood…..I do pair with my pre workout that has caffeine l the anime l tyrosine etc… so those all make help with the boosted affects.

Good quality for the money. Definitely a lift in cognition. Flavor profile isn't bad if you don't want to mix it with anything.

Really don't feel anything different which is usually the case with all the supplements i hear online about. Been taking for several weeks and thought i would give it more time

When I was first looking into trying this out for my ADHD, I read a lot of reviews from people saying that they noticed immediate changes. For me, the changes seemed to be minimal. However, I discovered how much better I was doing when I'd been taking it daily for over a couple of weeks and then forgot to take it on my way out the door to church. This is where I noticed the difference. I was not able to focus on the sermon, so I found my mind wandering and pulled away by every distraction. In contrast, just the day before that I was able to attend 2 online workshops one after the other that combined were nearly 5 hours and I stayed focused the whole time with minimal effort. So, it is very apparent to me this is working without any of the side effects I get from taking medication. I'll be keeping this as part of my daily routine so that I can keep up with the productivity levels I've enjoyed the past few weeks while taking this.

I thought it was good initially I felt a slight energy boost but then a severe fatigue, it got worse and worse. I stopped taking and tried again weeks later. Same thing happened but quicker I felt dizzy and nauseous. My energy was terrible I was tired feeling and definitely not focused. And I only took 1/4 of a dose I don't know what it is but it didn't taste buttery as they say...more like dried milk powder but with a strange bite. I don't know what this is sourced from to know if that has anything to do with my reactions.

I haven't used it long, do I can't rate the benefits yet. It's nice the tiny scoop is included which makes the Citicoline easy to use, just add it to a smoothie!

This supplement actually put me in a quite a bad mental state - adverse reaction.
