Dose the current model have the reinforced slot for adjustment strap?

No it does not. This picture is not what you will get. It is a piece of junk-the strap just stretches and does nothing to hold your chin in place. Dont' waste your money. I purchased this strap and it works much better. PrimeSiesta: Anti Snoring Chin Strap - Snore Stopper - & Snoring Solution - Breathable, Flexible & Easily Adjustable with Eversoft Technology (Small). It had a very chemical smell out of the bag, but after washing in mild detergent and air drying, has no smell. The small size fits perfectly and holds my chin firmly in place. There is also a larger size by this company. It is very comfortable and doesn't irritate in the least.

Does this work with a dreamwear nasal pillow mask?

I’ve worn my chin strap with a DreamWear pillow and cushion mask. To help,keep,the DreqmWear mask from sliding around my face, I place the chin strap on top of the mask, putting the top swivel hose attachment between the head straps. It works rather well that way. Nope this helps!
