I haven't opened this yet, but in a few weeks when my current brand is gone I will be using this on a daily basis. I add minced (dried) onion to lots of things, but mostly to reduced sodium canned soups - which I eat nearly 7 days a week. So convenient and economical. The onion really boosts flavor and makes the soups taste closer to homemade - in my opinion. Plus, I like having onion on hand in this format rather than fresh onions which I rarely use or forget about if I do buy them. Highly recommended.

flavor there, but much prefer the McCormick CHOPPED onion.... these are more refined for finer culinary dishes.... these are ok, but the CHOPPED seem more hearty..... McCormick hasn't had them in awhile...
