WONDERFULLY THOUGHT OUT
Sure this steamer is expensive, but it's a gem. It is beautifully thought out for cooking Central Asian dishes such as monti. The steamer is wide, and the layers are not too tall so space is not wasted and it fits on a normal range. The base is perfectly sized for our induction stove to maximize contact and heat gain. It also looks great in our kitchen. First rate!

Almost perfect!
This is a very well made stainless steamer. It is easy to clean. It has 4 layers so I can steam steam more food if I need to. My only complaint is that each layer is not tall enough so the buns I steam will stick to the top steamer layer once the dough rises. Besides that, I am very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking a steamer.
