how long is the blade?

it's just the standard refill that fits almost all brands that take this sort of blade. As long as your handle accepts the standard, you shouldn't have any problem with them.

Why is the 25-pack far cheaper than the 20-pack? Is it a scam? Are they knock-offs?

Bulk buying is always less expensive. They are not knock-offs.

What is the actual thickness? My Gerber folding knife came with a 1mm thick blade but I'm having a problem finding a 1mm thick replacement.

Looks like slightly less than 1 mm.
