Stand apart from the crowd
If you like the wayfarer style, but want to stand apart from the Ray Ban crowd (and in 2017 it seems that everyone's wearing Ray Bans), this might be just the thing. Initial impressions are that you've just paid lots of money for a pair of plastic glasses. But once that initial feeling subsides, and it will, you'll realise they're actually very well designed and built, with a simple classic design and of high quality. They are light weight and comfortable to wear and also fit the face very well. There's no danger of them falling off as they grip snugly without feeling tight. They're on the larger side, but not oversized on an average male head, so they protect the eyes well from the Sun's rays. They look cool too with their tiny accents of metal adding to the otherwise plain matt black frames. The warm tone of the lenses is a joy to look through, improving many a drab UK scene. Additionally, the lenses appear black to others when worn - so your eyes are not really visible in most circumstances. Apparently the lenses are also swappable, so if you damage them, you don't have to ditch the glasses themselves. Alternatively, you could just update them for a new look with different coloured, or perhaps polarising, lenses.Overall then, I'm happy with them and, as a first time Oakley user who still also uses Ray Ban and American Optical too, I hope this initial review is one I will still stand by in year's time. I'll be back to update you if not! Roll on those sunny days...

Really impressed......
This review is for Oakley Holbrook Aero 009102-F255 sunglasses, in Matte Grey Smoke with Prizm Sapphire lenses.Wow, I really like these sunglasses. The frames look great and are simple, with no rubber bits/padding; in my experience that can wear away after a year or two anyway and render sunglasses unwearable. When you close the sunglasses, the arms sit on the rims at the bottom of the lenses, so the lenses are protected - I've had sunglasses in the past where the ends of the arms sit against the insides of the lenses when folded, in time rubbing wear marks on the insides of the lenses. This can't happen with these. The clarity through the lenses is excellent, I'm really impressed with their quality.I only received these today so I can't speak for their longevity as yet.......

listed as style: polarised but received and wasn't
Hi, I've just had a return message from the seller trying to convince me these aren't listed as Polarised but under style, it's clearly described as: Style ‎Oo9102 Holbrook Polarizedclick on Colour: Matte Crystal Black/Prizm Grey Sapphire Alt Iridium and then 57mm size to reproduceThese ARE NOT polarised, seller doesn't think so either but they are listed as such

Timless Classic
One of the great Oakley frames and one of the best and most stylish every made (IMO).Light, durable, comfortable and they look great at an amazing price point. Lovely finish in the Aero Grid style which looks unqiue with a great frame/lens colour combo.Thumbs up Oakley...keep em' coming.

I think I prefer looking through these lenses that my own eyes...
These sunglasses are simply brilliant. Whilst not polarized, they still provide excellent clarity. They are comfortable and have a good weight (light, but not so much that you're scared that they will float off your face). The shape ultimately comes down to personal opinion, but I think they look great, particularly if you have a face that is a little more rounded. If like me, you have been umm-ing and ahh-ing as to whether to take the plunge and splash out on a pair of Oakleys, I can thoroughly recommend these sunglasses (however you might want to get a hard case to protect them). I think I prefer looking through these lenses that my own eyes...
