Ancient Ayurveda suggest using oil pulling before any food, first thing in the morning. Our more modern approach is to brush your teeth and scrape your tongue. Than use oil pulling 2-5 min max in order to hydroxyapatite work. Do not swallow. Discard in the trash can. Wait at least few min before consuming your first meal
