So small and looks nothing like an opal. I can’t believe I paid $6 for a tiny pebble I could have got from outside in my driveway. So stupid.

So, it must be the luck of the draw here, cuz mine is about the size of an adult molar with beautiful flash and iridescence. Obviously, not a fake, as it's still impeded with some rock material and is large enough that I could process it into a stone for jewelry but I'm not going to. It's definitely worth the less than 10 bucks I paid.

Aweful! Looks nothing like the photos! This is very small and only a little of the opal shows through all the sand and rock.

The product is very porous, and after all the dirt is cleaned off of it there is very little workable material. Very little color, the quality of this opal is known as potch which is very low quality milky opal with little or no color.
