Recommended supplent for diabetics
Trying this on a suggestion, unable to confirm effects but know that deficiency in chromium, although a small amount, isnt good for diabetics so trying this suggestion

No protection in pot
Only giving 3 stars due to amount of powder in the pot. Needs cotton wool or foam to stop damage to tablets. Not tried them long enough to see if they work.
