Defected
It’s very disappointing, the microwave is defected, it doesn’t heat.And the only way to return it is if we ship it back ourselves. Very inconvenient

Great
Really pleased with our new microwave, it looks really good and stylish, fits in with the kitchen decor. It is a suitable size for the space it's in and is easy to use and works as you would expect. The front is slightly reflective making it look less imposing on the work top, which we like. When on it is lit up inside so much more visible when heating food. Great !

Netzteil nicht kompatibel.
In der Produktbeschreibung wird nicht erwähnt das es sich hier um ein englisches Produkt handelt, bzw. das Netzteil nicht kompatibel mit unseren Steckern ist. Es handelt sich nämlich um einen englischen Stecker. Es gibt weder die Möglichkeit den Stecker zu wechseln, noch wird ein Adapter mit geliefert. Entweder muss man das Produkt zurück senden oder sich einen Adapter dazu beschaffen.

Very disappointed!!!!!!!
Received Microwave, unpacked it only to find European power plug, I purchased adapter, plugged it in socket, Nothing!!! No Power, I returned the adapter and tried another brand assuming it's a adapter issue, unfortunately no luck as well. I believe it's either faulty or insufficient power supply. It would of been nice if I was advised. How do request a refund please.

Takes too long to warm food
On my old microwave, I used to set 1min to heat up the food. But with this one takes from 2 to 2.5 min for it to be warmed.
