Chef Prudholm developed the blackening process and this seasoning does it right! Delicious and not overly hot, just like it should be. Follow his directions in a very hit cast iron skillet and you won't be disappointed.

Couldn’t find this anywhere in my local grocery stores and it’s so good on salmon I had to buy it here. I saw some comments about it arriving broken, however this was packaged extremely carefully and everything was perfect when it arrived. Only a couple bits of seasoning dust on the outside, but no signs of cracking in the lid or on the jar. Good value in getting two, since they seem so be had for find out west where I live :)
