It came from the USA,no good here in UK due to different voltage and plug,so sent it back. Seller admitted their description could have been better regarding this,they were very helpful and I got a full refund

Tried this tonight, I think next time I’ll avoid trying to do hands and feet at the same time, as it was tricky. Just turn it on, add the wax, wait about an hr for the wax to melt the first time, then turn it off. While you wait 10-15 mins for wax to cool a bit, warm up the mittens and/or booties in the microwave with a damp paper towel. I did my feet first then my hands. Put the included liners over the top, then slipped on the warm booties and mittens. I let it sit on about 15 mins. The included wax smells great. It reminded me of the Ginger Peach scent from Pier One. My only complaint is that it’s not enough wax to submerge my hands so I had to flip my hand palm side up and dip again to get the tops. I hope to get more of the same brand wax. It works great!

Even though the basin was too small to fit both feet at once, the two hefty packs of wax provided still didn't make a depth of more than 1 inch when fully melted. To achieve enough depth to be effective, I will have to melt more than twice as much. Also, watch out for the high heat; even when on the comfort setting, it's way too hot. Turn it OFF, and let it cool for at least 20 minutes before putting feet or hands into the melted wax.

The items that we advertised were all in the package and it has been performing as it says it does. I compared prices at some local shops and their price didn’t even come close to this. My wife has been enjoying this product and is glad I bought it for her as a gift.
