Does a great job. I only use the smaller hooped end as the larger end doesn't do anything for me. It looks stylish, it's strong and very well made. I use this after steaming my face for fantastic pore cleaning. It does require time and patience. I still use nose and face cleansing strips which are much quicker but am always surprised by the amount this blemish tool removes from my face.
