The texture of the pillowcase
It's not cool at all so my head feels very hot while sleeping on it. I am very disappointed with it.

These are perfect
I purchased these pillow covers as they are "slippery" and are great for putting under my knees to elevate them aiding in the care and comfort of my "bad back" These covers allowed me to slide my feet over then when getting into bed. That meant they were correctly positioned under my knees.
