They attach quite easily. No disassembly is requiredThey fit very well. It is a tight fit to grab bulkier items.However, if riding off road, it keeps small items from "flying off the shelf"

Q: Will this fit a 2021 defender hd10 xt?

I believe so, I installed it on my 2021 Defender Max Lonestar. Wouldn't recommend the product though. It ripped within the first 5 mins on the first trail. Terrible quality. Tried to return it and they've been giving me the run around since. I ordered the Kemimoto net with the zipper.

Q: what secures the dash nets in place ?

The tray under the dash has 4 small slits that the net latches in. Hd5 and the base 8 dont have a lower tray so these wont work on those platforms

Canam dash hole cover

We added these to our CanAm - definitely helps with holding things inside the compartments when riding. I don't have to worry about anything bouncing out or sliding anywhere!! They are great.
