Worth Buying for Relaxation & Muscle Relief ✨
I recently bought the AGARO Relaxo Electric Handheld Massager and honestly it’s been really helpful after long tiring days. The multiple massage heads and speed settings make it easy to use on different body parts like back, legs and shoulders. The massage feels powerful yet relaxing, and the vibration helps reduce muscle stiffness really well. I also liked that it’s easy to hold and not too heavy while using. One thing I personally loved is how customizable it feels because of the different modes and intensity levels. Perfect for quick relaxation at home after work or workouts. Overall, a very useful and value-for-money product for daily muscle relaxation ✨

quality and values of product
I am disappointed with the after-sales service for the Agaro Relaxo massager. After using the product for about one year, it developed a fault. When I approached the service center for repair, I was informed that the required spare parts were not available and the product could not be repaired. Instead of repairing it, I was offered a scheme where I had to pay 40% of the product's price (receiving only 60% value for my old unit) to get a refurbished replacement. The refurbished product came with only a 15-day warranty, which is not satisfactory. The biggest concern is that the company does not keep essential spare parts available for repair. This forces customers to accept a refurbished replacement instead of getting their original product repaired. I expected better after-sales support and availability of spare parts. The current service policy is disappointing and does not provide good value to customers.
