This is an excellent product for restoring or re-purposing an existing lamp, or to use when building a new one. It is well constructed and attractive. Just make sure you order the proper height to coordinate with your lampstand and lamp shade. This harp is an excellent investment for your project. I would definitely purchase it again.

Did the trick!
I have two large bedroom lamps where the shades were a bit two low. Instead of changing the shades to smaller ones I changed the harps to larger ones (added two inches to the height. Worked perfectly and I am very happy with the result. Arrived very quickly, very easy to change over from the old ones and did the trick. Very happy with vender and I would use them again.

Very good quality - TOO SMALL
I took a chance to purchase a little bigger than what I needed, as most all reviews caution that these harps are smaller than the standard measurements. Darn it. I really like these harps, but they are too small. I might take another chance a buy 2" bigger. I'm not going to bother sending back. Such a shame - too much hassle.

Good price and quality
Replaced on older lamp and didn't want the large ones. As advertised and nice quality.Make sure you can get old one off first though as mine was difficult to remove.Also measure for size as the harp could be too short...dont guess
