Love keeping Annie Chun products in my pantry. Convenient, shelf stable food that makes for a quick lunch or dinner. Easy to prepare, good flavor. Not always my go-to for food of this type, but sometimes I dont want to make a lot or I dont want to be bothered with all the prep. I just want the taste and texture when I want it. I love that everything is separately packaged. This really helps to keep it fresh and very long lasting in the cupboard. Well beyond any "best by" date. Noodles are vac packed, seasoning and sauce in their own packets, then all tucked into a sturdy bowl. Sometimes I eat it as is, sometimes I add in other goodies (veg or protein, usually some sort of left over in fridge), sometimes a little extra seasoning (or even a little added peanut butter or peanut butter powder). Totally good prepared as is, but it also works when used as a base if you have things you want to bulk it up or change the flavor a little. Nice crunchy chili oil works very nicely for turning it into spicy peanut noodles!

Amazon just showed that I’ve bought this 20 times in the past 2-3 years. And another pack of 6 is coming tomorrow. I love these noodles, and Amazon is slightly lower priced than my local supermarket. I’m not as fond of the other flavors.

I saw the almost 5 star over all rating and assumed it was for this flavor. Seems like Kung pao is more popular. Not sure if I'll be buying this again but if I did, I would want to try out that flavor. I followed the directions exactly. Noodles are great. Nice and chewy in a good way. With the 1/4 cup water added, plus the sauce after noodles are warmed to taste, it was quite watery. I will try adding even less water next time, and half the sauce as it's so sweet and I can't really enjoy it. I'll add some other sauces like oyster, hoisin or soy sauce instead to give it more flavor. I think this peanut sweet flavor is just not for me.
