Great quality! Sturdy THICK!
These are awesome! They helped my son with his arch support! His feet use to hurt and about 2 weeks after wearing these he stopped complaining of foot pain. Now it's been months and the back of his feet is looking much better and still no foot pain. I recommend this product for all kids even if they don't have arch problems. These are special and different than the other kinds I use to get. These are sturdy and thick and made of like cast. They don't bend/flatten when you step on them which is great!

Great product, flat feet
My 6 year old son had been having pain in both feet stating his toes hurt. They would hurt to the point of him crying at night. We went to the podiatrist and xrays done, confirmed flat feet. We were referred for orthotics and they were $500-$600 and needed rotated anytime his feet grew. We did some research and found orthotics do not develop the arch, just helps relieve symptoms. We read reviews on these and decided to give them a try. These are not full length and that's ok and helps with growth. They do have such an arch that you have to find the right shoes to wear them with. They also slide around at times, not a huge issue for him. We opted to get high top under armor shoes and they fit perfectly. My son states they are comfortable and are helping his pain. There are times he will complain but very rarely.

Works for our purposes.
My son is only 3 and he's already developing bunions. He doesn't have overly flat feet but I wanted to get him some orthotics to prevent any further progression of the bunions. The orthotic itself is very firm. That is what I expected and wanted, but if you're looking for something that's somewhat flexible, this is not the product for you. It also has quite a heel on it. This could pose a problem. In the current pair of shoes he was wearing, the heel of the orthotic pushed his foot up too high and made his heel too close to the top of the shoe as well as being tight around the arch of his foot. I'm familiar with how orthotics are, so I was already planning on having to buy his next size up in shoes to accommodate the new orthotics. After I purchased the new pair of shoes we've had no problems.Overall, a good product for the price (if you compare it to premade ones you might get from the podiatrist). Just keep in mind that you may have to purchase a new pair of shoes to accommodate for the extra room the orthotic takes up in the shoe.

Not hard enough
I bought these for my son, they run small in size and they are made with a foam that is too soft to do the job of arch support adequately.
