It works perfect on my Midland 75-822 40-Channel CB radio which I purchased in November 2021 from Amazon. Also, just as a test using an adapter, I tried it on a Radio Shack 23-channel CB radio from the 1970s and was amazed at the improvement in reception even using it indoors.

Item received as described.However when I opened my door to retrieve package, the Amazon Driver heading back to the van had music going in the vehicle incredibly loud. Sure the whole block heard it.
