A great vacuum
This vacuum has turned out to be a fantastic addition to my house, it has strong suction and the two rollers catch all the debris, It came with two batteries and the external charger allows me to keep vacuuming all over the house

Melting
Vacuum Head Is MeltingI’m really disappointed with this vacuum. The actual vacuum works fine, but the head has started to literally melt/deform with normal use. The plastic looks like it has been exposed to extreme heat, even though I’ve only used the vacuum normally.This is concerning because a vacuum should not be generating enough heat for parts of the head to melt. For the price, I expected much better durability and definitely didn’t expect something like this to happen. I’m now concerned about continuing to use it and will be contacting the manufacturer regarding the warranty.

Love this vacuum. Comes with 2 batteries so you are always ready to use. The folding handle for storage is awesome. This vacuum takes up hardly any space when stored. Good suction power when used on the first 2 levels…..great suction on the third level. Bending the handle to go under furniture is so unique and convenient. Easy and quick to empty the canister. Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre! I got it on sale so it was a great purchase. 3rd vacuum I’ve purchased in the last year and this one’s a keeper!

Great vacuum!
Excellent vacuum that picks up so much dirt and dirt that our Dyson was no longer doing. Lots of attachments too! Batteries don’t last very long when you use boost power however with two battery packs one can easily finish the whole house.
