Received the same item again which was the lower quality and cheaper version of my choices. Contacted the manufactures customer service and was basically told “if you don’t like it send it back.” Item ordered was fully described and also included pictures of the product. Item received was not that item (Clearly bait and switch). Searched reviews and found several other reviews claiming the same thing.
