Super tough phone with 1 week + battery life
+ Awesome endurance, I've had it for 4 months and the battery charge lasts around 10 days or so with light use+ Waterproof, haven't submersed it, but getting a splash or some rain doesn't bother it at all+ Screen is nice and big, included protector is slick and doesn't smudge hardly at all+ Tough rubber corners, dropped a couple times zero damage so far+ Wireless charging, so no more charging ports wearing out or getting junk in them+ pretty good camera, also has decent macro camera and underwater camera (haven't tried it yet)- no headphone jack, but has bluetooth and a USB-C adapter so no big deal- the back of the phone has a ridge under the camera so it doesn't lie perfectly flat on the back- bulky, but you probably don't need a case so keep that in mind. Fits fine in my work jeans.- my cheapo dashboard phone holder is a little too small/flimsy for this beefy phone, need to get a new oneOverall: I did a lot of searching and did not find any other phone that was waterproof and had wireless charging and sub-$500. This is the best phone I've ever owned, absolutely love it and will buy another Ulefone after I've worn this one out. This thing will probably last a long time due to the awesome battery and wireless charging (no charging jack to wear out) so I guess it won't need to be replaced until the hardware or software is obsolete. I have never had a phone that is so rugged and has such amazing battery life. Love this thing and 100% happy with my purchase.

Great phone, NOT useable in USA , pretty much
I love this phone. It's massive, rugged, waterproof, everything proof. Finger print sensor works great. BUT....it does not work with ANY carrier, at least in Maine, USA. straight talk, Verizon, mint, TMobile, at&t...nobody. The device it self is not accepted on the towers. It is not VOLTE compatible. That's the only reason I returned it...love the phone but it can't do what it needs to to. It needs to be a phone but to me it's just a neat brick.

Decent overall, but not great
Updated from 4 stars to 2 stars.A national emergency alert system test was run today, and despite this phone being on an receiving signal, I was not notified while everyone else in the house was.I'm switching back to more mainstream brands.=========I've been using this as my daily driver for about 5 months, and I'm happy with this phone to browse Reddit and watch 1080p videos. I do not know how good it is for gaming. This phone is drop and water-resistant, but it is not drop and water-proof. After dropping it repeatedly while standing up it's been okay, but one 3 foot fall off my bed and the fingerprint sensor died, even though I have it inside a silicon case. There are minor software bugs and inconveniences, like not having a search for apps, and a bad alarm clock compared to the Samsung one. Also, the duraspeed "feature" kills your apps and causes problems for things that need to run in the background, like Signal and Whatsapp, even if you exempt them from being stopped. While it was working, the fingerprint sensor was good. The battery life is great, but it causes the phone to be quite heavy. My old Samsung A50 feels like a feather, and my girlfriend doesn't like holding this phone. The ability to receive FM signals with this is cool, but the cell reception is bad. In my bedroom I normally get full bars of 4G, but this phone can only get 1-2 bars, and sometimes falls back to 3G.The phone does NOT support files larger than 4 gigabytes, and you are forced to use FAT32 on any micro SD cards you put into it. Not a problem for most people, but if you're like me and trying to store the entirety of Wikipedia on your phone, then you need to find alternatives.Their customer support barely speaks English and can't really answer your questions properly. For 250 CAD it's pretty decent, but I wouldn't recommend this phone to the average person unless they're a real klutz or need a large battery.
