Our customers always asked us the following questions: 1. What is .925 sterling silver? Pure silver is too soft to make jewelry. Sterling silver is an alloy made with pure silver and other metals depending on the manufacturer. In 1000 parts of the alloy, there are 925 parts that are pure silver (.999 silver), and 75 parts are other metal, which mostly is copper. This is why sterling silver is also called .925 silver. You will see the .925 or S925 stamp on an area of the jewelry. 2. Why does sterling silver tarnish? Pure silver does not tarnish. Copper does. When a piece of sterling silver is exposed to oxygen, it changes into a yellowish color. This is also called oxidized silver. That is the copper that is tarnishing. When a piece of sterling silver is worn, the human body oil reacts with copper, combined with oxygen, it then appears to be blackish color. 3. Can tarnished sterling silver be cleaned? Yes. On the market, there are many silver cleaners. Simply dip the silver into the liquid for a few seconds, take it out, rinse with soap and water. It will return its original color. subtle and sweet, satisfied!
exactly what I was looking for! spent almost an hour looking for a letter necklace that was small enough so it’s not bulky on your chest, but still legible and distinct. this is the perfect dainty size if you’re looking for something subtle, and well made. plus the chain has a beautiful glimmer to it. I was nervous, but couldn’t be happier with it, truly.

The chain broke within the first couple of weeks. Customer service was fantastic and sent another. The second chain gets caught in my hair constantly. It just ripped out multiple strands of my hair. The chain is terrible, I had to buy a totally different chain in hopes it doesn't break or tear my hair out. The initial, however, is beautiful.

Dainty and beautiful
I wasn’t aware of the good things this company does when you purchase jewelry from them. This necklace was exactly as described and my daughter loved it. We will be buying more from them

The chain gets caught in your hair.
Love this necklace. But i had to change chain. The original chain kept getting caught in my hair. So i put the K on a different chain. The "K" still has a shine to it and still looks brand new.

Necklace immediately broke
I went to put on this necklace for the first time and it immediately broke. Luckily I was home so I was able to locate the charm on the floor so I was able to return it for a full refund.

I love that this piece came with instructions on how to care for it. It is beautiful. I must warn you it is very delicate and I wouldn't recommend it for small children. However, it is a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Very happy with my personalized initial necklace! It looks even better than I had expected. The rose gold finish is beautiful and the necklace overall is great quality! The package arrived a week before the estimated delivery date which was a nice surprise! I would definetly recommend this company to anyone I know!
