This material is strong, smooth and stays in place! I got this after brachioplasty (arm lift) surgery. It stays well enough in place without the removable strap at the top. The sleeves don't roll up. It's excellent quality. I do recommend sizing up from what you'd normally wear. It runs small. And while you want that nice tight pressure around the arms, if it's too small it is suffocating. I ordered another one a size up.

Bought this to help with compression in my arms following skin removal surgery. I’m normally a small or medium in tops but had to size all the way up to extra large otherwise it was super tight across my back and was actually causing me to hunch with discomfort Also had to buy a bra extender piece which helped. Only returning because the sleeves came down to my elbow and were rolling up In the picture it appears as if the sleeves were going to be longer almost down to the wrist but they barely went past my elbows Going to see if there is a long sleeve version and maybe they just accidentally sent me the short sleeve

Good idea in theory, but it does not compress the underarm and back area. Hardly at all.

Fits good, smooths the back and arms, and gives a nice lift to the girls. I didn't feel like the top strap was necessary, so I removed it. I would suggest making sure you like it before you remove the top strap though. I had to bend the clasps on then to get them off which would make them non-returnable.

It pushes into my breasts. I cant get a larger size or the arms will have no compression. The sleeves are much shorter than the photo. They do roll up.

I recently had lipo surgery on my arm and I bought this product. I am very satisfied. It has lifted my arm firmly and is very soft and comfortable. I am very satisfied.
