Must be a USBC port, would be more flexible if it had the option of USBA too.

New laptops seem to have less and less ports, so this is perfect for office spaces or to carry around to connect keyboards. mice, 2nd displays etc. However this does not support more than 2 screens, (1 monitor and laptop is 2). Has multiple display ports and usb ports, plus memory card slots and power (USB C)

Docking station met all my needs for my home office. USB-C to my laptop could have been a little longer, though.

Product arrived in good time and in good condition, was easy to setup as well, however after 4 months the HDMI ports no longer work which renders the product useless (or used as an expensive charger...), not sure how a product like this can simply break but there you go, I would go for something more expensive to save you from having to re-purchase this again and again

Compact and easy to use, just plugged it in and it worked perfectly.

Worked ok for about 7 months, then both USB Ports stopped working: USB Keyboard no longer works with it so it's no longer any use as a Dock for a Surface Tablet. Should have paid more for better quality.

This AUIMCE 7-in-1 USB 3.1 Type-C Hub is perfect for my working from home, and work travel needs. I have been using it for several days with my Apple MacBook Pro 2017 and my two HP 27" computer monitors, and USB pen drives.I have owned and reviewed multiple USB hubs on Amazon, but I think this has got to be one of the best brands, that I had never heard of before! For a start, it is some of the simple things that this AUIMCE have thought through, such as the little dust cap for the male USB-C port, and the little carry bag to keep it in to prevent fluff and dust from getting into the female ports when not in use, and to prevent scratches to the beautiful brushed aluminium casing.With regards to using the hub, it is a straightforward plug and plays. It has a charge through the port, allowing your laptop to work on mains when connected to a power source. The dual HDMI ports work exceptionally well, with no flickering whatsoever on my two monitors, and I am able to have extended and mirror modes (which you don't always get with HUBS when used with Apple Mac/Macbook). Picture quality is unaffected, and is super sharp.With my USB pen drives, data passes through just as quick as if I was using it directly into the MacBook. I haven't used the SD card reader, as I rarely use SD cards, so can't comment.Whilst the hub gets warm after prolonged use, I wouldn't say it gets hot, which again, can be an issue with other hubs I have owned.The current price is £49.99 but you can use a 10% voucher (April 2022), and I think this is probably the higher end of the price bracket I would be happy to pay. I can therefore highly recommend this to you.
