Great customer service and communication, knowledgeable, friendly, rapid response from John.
Initially laptop was without OS, contacted seller who responded quickly and was very helpful in trying a couple of remedies. When those didn't work, they arranged a return and replacement of product within 2 days, thanks to John. Replacement is working perfectly and very happy with it. Would highly recommend this seller.

Excellent laptop for the price
I bought this in January '23 and it arrived quicker than expected. I was initially disappointed as it was advertised as touchscreen but this was not the case. However, the seller was very quick to offer a full refund or a fair discount to compensate me. THANK YOU.I really liked the laptop performance and as a result I went for the discount. Boy am I glad I did !16GB Ram means a very snappy performance. I5 Processor is more than enough for me when working on spreadsheets and performing multiple tasks.Battery - I did a diagnostic check which came back with excellent results. In reality, you will get approx 3 hrs use on a full charge. Not great but not far off my work laptop which is a similar Dell.Weight - surprisingly light laptopIn Summary :- super laptop in great condition (scratches and signs of wear but minor).- Very fast when multitasking- Added 128 GB of space with micro sd- Battery life is good but you won't get a full day out of itI will definitely go the Amazon refurb route again and recommend this seller.

Battery
All good besides battery, won’t last a minute. Have to keep it plugged all the time. Would not be bothered to return after all the time setting it up. Not a big issue, I have a Macbook that I use on the go. This one is to use in the desk for Windows only software. Amazon if you read this post a new battery and I change it myself.

Sent damaged product
The charging pin was not functioning and the return process is not easy, the seller kept insisting to send video and pictures. Not a good experience

Zero battery life
It works - when plugged in. But don't expect to get any use out of it when operating on battery power. The moment you unplug it it drops 15% in charge. It lasts 30 minutes tops on battery power, and that after 24 hours charging.Absolutely scandalous.
