Does it come as a pair?

No, it is a single unit. And I would suggest getting 3M tape to adhere it. Mine sat overnight and blew off less than a mile from home. I never got to use it.

Is the mount removable from the car?

You could sure. There's a screw you can undo between base and antenna. But the base will remain on bumper because it's glued on.

Use a better glue.

Water would stick better than the adhesive us3d on theses. Once I applied a better one, they served the purpose that they were purchased for.

good product but...

I installed it on my van and let it sit overnight. The next morning on my way to work it blew off, nowhere to be found. It does not stay where you put it and now without even getting to see how it actually works, it is gone and no way to get a refund.
