My wife purchased Dashu For Men for me when visiting Seoul, Korea. I have since purchased it three more times from Amazon. I have very thick hair so I use the Strong Hold version . It does an excellent job giving me a natural look but with a strong hold. Somehow it even leaves my hair soft to the touch and not greasy. No crunchy feel or lacquered look of some other hair products. A little goes a long way. For the best results I find it helpful to take a small amount and rub it between my palms to soften it. The natural heat of my hands warms it up a little and allows a more even application. As long as I have hair I will continue to use DASHU.

My favorite and go-to wax for my thick asian hair. Was previously using Gatsby but I would lose hold and volume after a few hours. Dashu is the only wax that holds my hair all day and allows for restyling- sometimes I find myself liking my end of day hair more than beginning of day 😅 Nice clean matte look, neutral scent and extremely tacky. I find it much easier to apply with warm damp hands as it helps with emulsifying the wax in my hands. Best part is this is the only hair product I use - no need for pomade, mousse, and hair spray like my brother haha.

Works well and holds hair in place for a good part of the day.

A little goes a long way to hold hair in place without too much stickiness. Needs a little water to soften out the initial thickness to be able to apply on hair easily.

Strong, but it's too thick to spread to hair and causes pulling.

Wireless great. This was about half the price of salon goop that does the same thing!

This is my favorite hair styling product, it never leaves my hair greasy or sticky and washes out super easily. I apply on my hands a small amount and mix in a couple drops of water then rub my palms and apply to hair.

It hurts my hair and even break some hair when I run my hands through to apply it since it's sticky, wouldn't recommend for people with thin hair strand. I was hoping for a smoother touch when applying the product on my hair.

I have straight Asian hair about 2 inches long. Used about the size of a quarter coin on the top of my head to get it all spiky (shaved all around). The hold is great, not shiny though, but can reshape it all day without the hair getting flaky!

This stuff holds. If you're going for a textured, clean look that stays put all day without turning into crunchy Lego hair, this is it. A little goes a long way. Dropped a star only because the price is cheaper in asian super markets. If you're tired of drugstore stuff that quits by noon, give this a shot.

Even when friction heated in hands still find it pulls a lot on hair during application, uncomfortable slightly painful even when cooled. Hair control is fair but not on longer hair. Recommend this product on short hair only.
