The battery and remote are very nice and well built. It works well with their jacket. But, issues are there. The battery does not fit inside the procket of the jacket, because of its size, so you have to place in your over jacket which can cause the cords to pull apart and loose connection. Other thing is, the battery, although very large does not last as long as they suggest. After using this for three weeks, in cold weather conditions and using it mostly on the #1 setting, even turning it off periotically, it only last about four hours. Not a big deal, I just bought a secong battery. Just thought yall should know this.But it does keep you warm and comfortable in below freezing temperatures.

9000mAh... wow! Its a little shorter than a smart phone and thicker of course so you have to have a pocket big enough for it. You do not need to use the remote because low med and high are right on the battery. Also the display away show how my juice is in the battery whether you are charging or using it. love it

This battery lasts a very longer time! It is on the larger side but it is worth it for me. I haven't had it go below about 40% while using it yet, I run my jacket on low but it has ran for 5 hours straight that way and not gone dead. Very happy with my purchase.

Works great with the jacket I ordered! Heavy duty product! Works well… I bought two so I can use my 12 volt jacket when I’m not riding my motorcycle! I wear it to cold football games!
