Okay I’ve tried a lot of protein powders and this one is actually really good 😅 it mixes super smooth, no clumps, and the flavor is way better than I expected. No weird aftertaste either. I’ve been using it after workouts and it’s been perfect. If you struggle finding a protein that tastes good, this is it 💪✨

Really happy with this protein! It mixes easily, tastes good, and doesn’t feel heavy. I’ve noticed better recovery after workouts and it keeps me full for longer. Definitely a great addition to my routine—will buy again!

This product is amazing and the best thing is its flavor, I also got the strawberry one and it is also really good. For the quality it is not expensive at all, I really recommend it.

Awesome protein powder, tasty and delicious!

The supplement is great. I feel like the value is there for the money. I normally drink 4 scoops per day. I do however wish I would have known that I am severely allergic to this particular flavor [cookies ‘n cream] or the “ISO 100” (specifically), because I broke out in hives for 3 days and went full insomniac. I couldn’t sleep for the 3 days I took this powder, because my skin was on fire. Between all the new supplements I started recently, it took me 3 days to figure out what to exclude from my supplemental routine. I’m not sure what specific ingredient(s) are causing the reaction. Not everyone is allergic to whatever it might be that is causing the allergic reaction, but I will say the cookies ‘n cream flavor is THE bomb, and I really wish I didn’t have to spend $110 to find out I’m allergic to this powder. This product is awesome, but I unfortunately have to swap back to Optimum Nutrition’s powders, because I have previously used their mirror isolate and haven’t had this issue.

Muscle building

One of our favorite protein powders! We have tried various brands and flavors and this is by far the best. Some give members of our family stomach aches and this one has been the best as far as digestion. The flavor is one of the easiest to get down with very little after taste. These big 5 lb jugs from Amazon offer the best value as well. I refill the smaller jugs for ease.

I was skeptical about buying this product. I read the reviews, they were spot on. It tastes really good mixed well. The cookies and cream flavor was good and not too sweet.

A high-quality and reputable brand for whey protein isolate (Hydrolyzed) powder at a reasonable price that I've tried so far. Amazing taste, quality, and fast absorption. I liked it better with water as opposed to milk; it's best to consume within 30 min after workouts. Highly recommended 👍
