Has high concentrations of c8 which is what I wanted. Seems to be working.

I have never taken MCT oil before and was a bit nervous as I have read that some people, particularly women can respond badly until they adjust. I took 1 teaspoon only and felt fine. Since then 2 teaspoons a day. My partner the same. We both feel better, more energetic and mind is a clearer. I am very surprised. I thought it would take a month at least, to have any effect at all. I am very pleased. My only problem is the plastic bottle. If only it was in glass. No one wants an oil product in a plastic container. It has no particular taste but is pleasant to eat & very nice on a salad as dressing with apple cider vinegar. I will try another brand because I want a glass bottle, otherwise I would continue to buy this for ever. I recommend it to buyers as it seems to be the real deal. Hopefully the company will start selling in glass.

Guaranteed Ketosis! You can verify this with the urine test strips. Bro Science: because this oil is so thin it goes straight to the liver which turns it into ketones. Ketones are the alternative energy source to glucose. It's fat rather than sugar. The reason you want ketosis is that it triggers fat burning. Once the fire is lit with a teaspoon of this oil in your morning coffee your body then burns your fat. A word of caution, if your blood sugar is higher than you'd like then this does not help. You ought to burn the blood sugar first but switching to ketones stops that from happening. You may want to start the day with some exercise then some MCT oil, skipping breakfast and eating a high protein lunch. It's a fascinating subject but the take away here is this MCT oil will kick you into ketosis guaranteed. A very useful tool in your health protocol.

Was told to try this to help with seborrheic dermatitis on face, did not help, skin rash became worse, however it only became worse because it turned out my skin rash was caused by a bacterial infection (folliculitis) not fungal. Antibiotic cream cleared my skin rash up. This oil is supposedly only good for clearing up fungal caused skin problems.

Very delicate easily absorbed by scalp and skin not great an absolute life changer
